Need to know if a midwife has a current practising certificate?
The online search facility for the Register of Midwives can be accessed from this site. Anyone wishing to check the registration and practising status of a midwife can check there. All of the information that we are able to give out is shown there. The online copy of the Register is updated at least once per week, generally midday each Friday. It is updated more frequently when the number of changes warrant.
