Technical Skills Workshops 2008 to 2011
This page is for those educators involved in establishing and providing Technical Skills Workshops.

Participation in the Recertification Programme enables registered midwives to demonstrate that they are competent to practise within the Midwifery Scope of Practice and thereby satisfy the Midwifery Council that they meet the standards in order to be issued with an annual practising certificate. The full Recertification Programme can be viewed on another page of this website. Click here to link to it. As part of the Recertification Programme, every midwife is required to complete a Technical Skills Workshop once in each three year period.
